Spring Themed Workout

I love a theme. A themed party, themed beverage, themed holiday or themed workout. As such, I curated an at-home circuit workout with Spring-inspired exercises and an accompanying playlist. It ended up being a more challenging workout than I had planned — enjoy, and good luck ;)
Good mornings: 15 per side, 10lbs in each hand
Bird dogs: 10 per side
Butterfly dips: 15
Bear walks: 30 seconds
Bow & arrow pulls: 30 seconds, 5lbs in each hand
Inchworms: 30 seconds
Bicycles: 30 seconds
Frog jumps: 10
Rest: 60 seconds
Repeat: for 4 rounds
